The Early College Joint Committee awarded Early College Designation to these programs in the most recent cycle of designations:
- East Boston High School and Fisher College
- Southbridge High School and Quinsigamond Community College
- Taunton High School and Bristol Community College
- Frederick Douglass Collegiate Academy (Lynn Public Schools) and North Shore Community College
