This session will focus on how MyCAP plans for students may be adjusted for EC Cohorts to support their Early College pathway. We will also discuss how high schools and colleges may work together to bridge advising and student plans between institutions.

We will also discuss potential strategies programs can implement now to make it more likely the long-term outcomes of college degrees are ultimately met.
